She went above and beyond her way to help us find a rental place in the area we wanted. She suggested other areas too, worked out with landlords to handle our special needs and disputed an error in the lease to our favor. Since we were abroad, things could have been difficult, but she made it easy, showing us the places using video calls and also gave us her insight on things that could not be transmitted in video (like bad smells and such). She made the process as smooth as possible and will definitely contact her again when I move.
